It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Erma Faye Halvorson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank S. Sparks and Eunice Landis Sparks; her husband Jack; her siblings, Garland, Harlan, Lawrence Sparks, Zelma Harris, Wilma Sparks, Bessie Delk and Ina Beedle; and her grandson Mark Frooshani.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Maxwell of Tempe and Sharon Frooshani (Moe) of Laurel, Maryland; her grandchildren, John Frooshani, Jason Frooshani (Kristin), Tammy Fox, Tina Lee (David) and Robin Fox; and her sisters-in-law, Eunice Halvorson of Marion and Helen Broadus of El Paso, Texas. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, two great- great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Clermont Lutheran Church, 221 Larrabee Street, P.O. Box 327 in Clermont, Iowa, in Erma's name.
