She is survived by: her children, David of Swisher and Darla Hanson of Cedar Rapids; her grandsons, Brett (Shonda), Scott (Amy), Craig Meskimen (Ashley) and Curtis Hormann; her siblings-in-law, Regis Meskimen of Cedar Rapids, Orville Meskimen (Donna) of Ely, Shar Tomash of Cedar Rapids, Donna Hartl (Sonny) of Cedar Rapids and Shirley Vislisel (Paul) of Cedar Rapids; and her parents, Joe Staskal and Libbie Makovsky Staskal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
