He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Kamaus and Grace Kamaus (Shepherd); his former wife Joyce Simmons; his wife Joyce Kamaus of Anamosa; his daughter Christie Haack (John) of Georgia; and his stepdaughters, Debbra Zumbach of Anamosa, Donna Galland of Colorado, Dianne Galland of Cedar Rapids, Deena Jackson of Cedar Rapids, Phillip Haack, Matthew Haack and Michael Haack.
In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully requested that any memorial contribution be made to the Cedar Valley Humane Society.
