He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Floyd Williams Jr. (Denise) and Jessie Fisher; his sister Gertrude Plotz (John); his grandchildren, Maj Megan Spangler (Jake), Mathew Fisher (Jennifer) and Jason Varney; and his great grandchildren, Madelaine Fisher, Nathaniel Fisher and Benjamin Spangler.
