He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie (Mc Arthur) and William; and his siblings, William, Frank, Wilhemina, Curtis, Helen and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Brad (Denise), Jay, Denise King Filip (Dan), Scott King (Katie), Renae Brue (Andrew) and Leah Hershey (Nolan). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Memorials for Francis can be given to St. Mark's United Methodist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
