He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bye and Nora Bye (Nye); his wife Sonia Marshall; his son Kerry Bye; his siblings, Maxine West, Hope Spray, Margaret Vice and Bob Bye; his nephews, Mike Vice and Dennis Bye; and his daughter-in-law Megan Bye.
He is survived by: his sons, Kyle Bye (Julie) and Kevin Bye; his grandchildren, Michelle, Zach, Alex (Katie) and Jordan Bye; his great grandchildren, Wolf, Warren and Dillon; and his brother Larry Bye (Margaret). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
