It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Stevens of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Stevens to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, LeRoy, Dave, Vern, Tom and Bernie; his parents, Alfred Brockshus and Luella Wille Brockshus; and also Amney Pope.
He is survived by: his siblings, Don Stevens (Janet) of Cedar Rapids, Pat Seye (Bob) of Ladora, Marcella Hilton of Cedar Rapids, Loretta Booth of Sheboygan, WI, Mary Mumm of Marengo, Janet Fish (Ken) of Moorehead City, NC and Beverly Neswold (Larry) of Cedar Rapids; his sisters-in-law, Gelene Stevens of Ankeny and Diane Stevens of Cedar Rapids; and also, Karen Axmear (Joe) of South English and Lloyd Brockshus of Williamsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Matthew Catholic Church, Linn County Master Gardeners or the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors Scholarship Fund.
