He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walsh and Amelia Walsh (Melcher); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Walsh of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his children, Tammy Hibel (Mike) of Port Orange, Florida, Dan Walsh (Gina) of Cedar Rapids and Jon Walsh (Angie) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his grandchildren, Taylor Hibel, Morgan Hibel, Andie Walsh, Karleigh Walsh, Isaiah Holtz and Amelia Walsh; and his brothers, Dean Walsh (Julie) of Cresco and Keith Walsh of Decorah, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be in care of Jeanette Walsh.
