He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Maybanks and Earl Maybanks. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sisters, Jeannie Cambridge, Mary Jane Kelley (Paul) and Sheila Doherty Maybanks (Jerry); his sons, Matthew (Jill), Nicholas (Genie) and Jonathan (Katie); and his grandchildren, Winnie, Patrick, Isadora, Ruby, Ivy and Milena. He is also survived by brother, priest, husband, father and grandfather.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established by the family.
