He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Pernicka and Anna Pernicka (Tomanka); his wife Virginia Kruse; and his brother Harold Pernicka. He is survived by: his children, Steven Pernicka and Sheryl Novak (William); his grandchildren, Connie Anderson (Ryan), Amber Stearns (Darren) and William Novak; and his great grandchildren, Lydia Stearns, Derek Stearns, Ireland Anderson and Beckett Anderson.
