She was predeceased by: her parents, David Richards and Ruby Richards; her husband Tom Franks; her son David Robert; and her sisters, Carol, Sally and Shirley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Raymond Hopper, Danny Berry and Ruby Koshatka (Mike); and her grandchildren, Judy Wirth (Merrill) and Penny Richards. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
