She was predeceased by: her parents, David Richards and Ruby Richards; her husband Tom Franks; her son David Robert; and her sisters, Carol, Sally and Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Ruby Koshatka (Mike), Danny Berry and Raymond Hopper; and her sisters, Penny Richards and Judy Wirth (Merrill). She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
