She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwyn Bell and Bernice Bell (Spicer); her sons, Elwyn and Paul; her sister Bonnie; her siblings-in-law, Terry Chesmore (Shirley) and Pam Chesmore; and her close friend Patty.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Mercedes; her husband Nathan Chesmore; her son Dean Otto; her friend Heather Haas; her sisters, Marie Otto (Paul) and Karen Otto (Ray); her brother-in-law Donald "Butch" Chesmore; her daughter-in-law Terry Grimm; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
