He was predeceased by: his significant other Kathie Waite; his daughter Leminda Waite; his brother Michael Waite; and his parents, Richard Waite and Ruth Waite.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tessa Berry (Ashley) of Marion and Nicole Sniegowski of Alburnett; his grandchildren, Derek Waite, Abigale Bass, Mason Garland, Aiden Berry, Adelynn Berry and Allen Knapp; and his sisters, Marsha Crow (Sonny) of Marion and Gloria Hutto (Henry) of Mobile, Alabama..
