He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Scadden and Gurna Scadden (Bearden); and his sister Donna Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Scadden of Cedar Rapids; and his children, Tina Scadden (Nick Clark) of Cedar Rapids, Trudy Grieff (Larry) of Omaha, Nebraska and Butch Scadden of Vinton, Iowa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
