He was predeceased by: his parents, Hozel Holland and Bertha Holland (Hoge); his sister Phyllis Holland; his parents-in-law, George and Leona Humble; and his brothers-in-law, Sam and Garry Humble.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Holland of Whittier; his sisters, Roberta Hoffmann (Ed) of Cedar Rapids and Anita Silver (Gerald) of Central City; and his siblings-in-law, Faye Remington of Marion, Gloria Fowler of Anamosa and George Humble of Anamosa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
