Raker of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Iowa City, Iowa, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Raker and Essie Underwood (Bollinger); his brother Michael Raker; and his wife Arlene Fuller. He is survived by: his sons, John Raker of Cedar Rapids and Philip Raker (Melissa); his grandsons, Evan and Nathan of Davenport; his daughter Amy Clemons (Jason); his grandchildren, Marilyn and Thomas of Iowa City; his son Andrew Raker of Cedar Rapids; and his sisters, Jane Unash (Robert) of Bemidji and Mary Davidsaver (Mark) of Davenport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
