With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helene Lammers (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), who passed away on December 5, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Kottke and Gladys Kottke; her sister Donna; her brother-in-law Bill Buechel; her daughter-in-law Lisa Lammers; her nephew Scott Buechel; and her close friend Cletus Hemmer.
She is survived by: her sons, Rod Lammers (Meg) and Todd Lammers (Julia); her grandchildren, Carrie Garber (Chad), Becky Pierce, Jessie Ehlinger (Travis), Drew Lammers (Dana), Abenet Lammers, Cody Hill (Laura), Abi Schnieder (Brody) and Matt Lammers (Jayme); her niece Sandy Lorentzen (Paul); and her great-niece Pam Barta (Matt).
Due to Covid-19 arrangements will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions in Helene's memory may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Guttenberg, Iowa.
