He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his children, Tina Drew (Harold) of Cedar Rapids, Sheila Boots of Cedar Rapids, Deborah Fossel (Larry) of Cedar Rapids, Tami Dicus (Dave) of Marion and Joseph Boots (Dawn Kaplan) of Cedar Rapids; and his siblings, Katherine Boots of Anamosa and Bill Boots (Arlene) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
