Irene Caffrey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Caffrey of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on February 12, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred N. Caffrey; her son-in-law Bob Neal; and her siblings, Pete, Mike Balaban, Tonna Stoynoff, Elena Balaban and Helen Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Caffrey (Diane) and Susan Neal; her grandsons, Tyson Caffrey (Bria) and Andrew Caffrey; her great grandchild Luca Jean Caffrey; her sister Mary Halberstadt; her stepgrandchildren, Matt Stallman (Kellie) and Jamie Shields (Brian); and her stepgreat-grandsons, Harrison, Leo, Fenix and Jett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations/memorials may be sent to Habitat For Humanity or the Salvation Army.
