With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Pollock of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Central City, Iowa, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Pollock and Mary Pollock (Price); his wife Mary L. Pollock; his son Mike Pollock; and his son-in-law Al Gardner.
He is survived by: his children, Marc Robert Pollock (Nikki) of Amana and Shelly Gardner of Cedar Rapids; his daughter-in-law Michele Pollock of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Mellody Pollock, Brent Gardner (Ivy), Hailey Pollock and Starr Oseguera (Luis). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Marion American Legion and sent in care of Marc Pollock at 547 28th LN, Amana, Iowa 52203 Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery Funeral Home.
