It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Bowers (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Oxford, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Scheetz and Vera Scheetz; her brothers, Marcus and Kevin Scheetz; and her great-niece MacKenzie Lown.
She is survived by : her husband John S. Bowers; her daughter Cari Scheetz (Nicholas Wilkinson); and her siblings, Terry Scheetz of Oxford, Linda Lown of Cedar Rapids and Sandy Shank of Coralville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Janet's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
