He was predeceased by: his mother Carole Ann Gunderson (Welch). He is survived by: his father Oliver Gunderson; his stepmother Leigh Gunderson of Elma, IA; and his stepsister Rachel Boyle (Heather) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and extended family.
