He was predeceased by: his parents, C. V. Sackett and Lydia Sackett (Westerhoff); his siblings, Robert and Betty Kluber (Arnest); and his son John W. Sackett II.
He is survived by: his wife June; and his daughter Joni Sackett. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and their children.
Per Covid guidelines, attendees are required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
