She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son James Schmidt of Truckee; her grandchildren, Lauren Block and Jason Block of Minneapolis; her great grandchildren, Maddie, Jude and Lewis; her brother George Hagen of Buena Vista, California.; her husband Donald Schmidt; her children, Janet Block and Steve Schmidt; and her parents, Christian Hagen and Esther Hagen.
