She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Christenson-Ginn-Akers and Morris Ginn; and her siblings, Phyllis Noeller (Marvin) and Wayne Ginn. She is survived by: her sons, David S. Newgaard (Jeri) of Phoenix and Michael L. Newgaard of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Taylor, Dillon, Cole, Megan and Nicole; and her sister-in-law Sandi Ginn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
