She was predeceased by: her husband William Pei; and her daughter Chen Ping Sung. She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Pei of Iowa, Tom Pei (Alice), Gary Pei (Ling), Chen Li Chen (Alan) of Illinois, Angela Lee of Michigan, Katy Kuo (Ralph) of Illinois and James Pei (Mia) of California. She is also survived by 10 great-great grandchildren.
