She was predeceased by: her significant other Richard Joseph Jansen; her parents, Carolyn Dickens Jones and William David Jones; her grandparents, George F. "Jonny" Jones, Sam and Beulah Dickens; and her brothers, Johnny Ray Jones and David Charles Jones.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dena Jansen of Cedar Rapids, Aimee Durbin (James) of Cedar Rapids and Rebecca Weinberg (Joel) of Deerfield, IL; her grandsons, Reid Durbin of Iowa City and Frederick Weinberg of Deerfield, IL; and her brother David Barton "Bart" Jones of Euless, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins.

Memorials may be directed to Unity Point Hospice.
