He is survived by: his wife Helen Starks Pratt; his sons, Stephen Pratt (Darlene) of Bloomington and David (Carolyn) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, David Jon Pratt (Casey), Amy Kirkland (Cory), Brian Pratt (Amy C. Pratt), Aaron Pratt (Whitney), Abby (Jacob), Tolar and Nathan Pratt (Sierra); and his siblings-in-law, Harold Starks (Lois), Kenneth Starks (Pat), Richard Starks (Debbie), William Stein, Hildred Buck and Ida Pratt. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
