It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Allen Hamer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Lorine Hamer (Zimmerman); his brothers, Ronald and Raymond Hamer; and his brother-in-law Harlan Schwarting. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Hamer of Marion and Leota "Lee" Schwarting of Williamsburg; and his sisters-in-law, Fran De Marce (Ken) of Cedar Rapids and Carolyn Hamer of Hiawatha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
