He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Johnson and Amy Johnson (Forsgren); and his son Daniel Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Chloe Kelly; his children, David Johnson (Kathryn) and Debbie Brunken (Jason); his grandchildren, Jaden, Kristen and Jenna; and his brother Ronald Johnson (Valerie).
Memorial donations may be made in Lee's name to Hospice of Mercy.
