He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dlouhy and Vera Dlouhy (Huff); his brothers, Joe and Terry Dlouhy; and his mother-in-law Gladys Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Chris Dlouhy of Cedar Rapids, Jeanice Barrow (Tom) of Cedar Rapids, Paul Dlouhy (Heather) of Center Point and Deb Dighton (Strad) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Reed, Peyton, Emma, Grace, Meggan, Ava and Mason; his brother John Dlouhy (Cheryl) of Marion; and his sisters-in-law, Judy of Palo and Olive Mirchandani (Hassa) of Ottawa, Canada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
