She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Meyer and Mary "Colletta" Meyer (Glaser); her husband Ernest Loomis; her daughter Gayle Szyperski; and her sisters, Lois Duffy and Lorrayne Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Loomis (Denise) of Knapp, Gloria "Babe" Myers (Marty) of Cedar Rapids and Jerry Loomis (Joyce) of Cedar Rapids; and her brother Ralph Meyer (Jane) of New Albin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
