She was predeceased by: her parents, Auburn Culbreth and Nadine Culbreth; her son Kristopher Pattison; and her siblings, Patricia, Nancy Culbreth, Allen and Hershel Culbreth.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith Pattison of Cedar Rapids and Kirk Pattison (Jenny) of Rock Island; her grandchildren, Sara Holtgraves (Kyle) of Greenwood, MO, Taylor Pattison of Raytown, MO, Chase Pattison of Lee's Summit, MO, Aaron McCombs (Amanda) of Davenport and Kale Pattison; her great grandchild Ethan McCombs; and her sister Caroline Godfrey of Monroe, LA..
