With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Vivian Baxter of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Black River, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Kathy Kammerer of Cedar Rapids, Pat Jones (Ron) of Kokomo, IN, Robert (Madonna) of Boise, ID, Ronald (Joette) of Lincoln, MI and Russell (Inez) of Meridian, ID; her son-in-law Jack Kammerer; her grandson John Kammerer; her parents, Adolphus Gauthier and Melvina LaVigne Gauthier; and her husband Russell Baxter. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
