She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Otis (Brian) of Solon, Linda Thomas (Kirchhoff) of Plano, TX and Karin Swanson (Bob) of Kalona; her stepson Craig Shadle (Vicki) of Cedar Rapids; and her grandchildren, Sam Otis (Deb), Jon Otis (Ami), Dan Otis (Dynasti), Sean, Austin Thomas, Bob, Havilah, Hannah, Heidi Georgou (Nick), Karah, Emily, Andrew, Moriah Swanson, Tyler (Amanda) and Reid Shadle. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
