It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Stepanek (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Ely, Iowa, who passed away on December 8, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Bernard; and her brother Joseph Moses. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Moses and Mary Moses (Kracthovil); her husband Louis; and her children, Mary Fields (James) of Largo, William Stepanek (Barb) of Cedar Rapids, Thomas Stepanek (Sheila) of Cedar Rapids, Kathleen Banowetz (Mark) of Ely and Bernie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
