She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Debbie Vanourney (Kevin) of Solon, Jerry Mottet (Kristi) of Marion, Jean Simbro (Dave) of Portland, OR and Tom Mottet (Teresa) of Minneapolis, MN; her sister Elgean Nemmers of Bellevue; her husband George Mottet; her siblings, Lyda Herrig and Donald Berthel; and her parents, Alex Berthel and Bernice Pollock Berthel. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
Due to concerns over Covid, it is suggested that family members and friends wear a mask to any funeral event.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to Meth-Wick Manor, St. Patrick Catholic Church or a charity close to your heart.
