He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jenkins and Grace Jenkins (Walker); his siblings, Clifford Jenkins and Nola Scott; his sister-in-law Beth Jenkins; his niece Carolee Jenkins; and his great-niece Kristen Scott.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Johnson; and his sibling's children, Randy Johnson (Maggey), Kraig Scott (Cissi), Jeff Scott (Becky), Rod Scott (Deanna), Ricky Jenkins, Roxanne Pemoulie (Andre), Rochelle DeVore (Marty), Shirlee Feneis (Tom), Ranae McGrann (Tim) and Joni Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers, an open memorial has been established to the family to be determined at a later date.
