He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LeRoy Blackwell and Marlene Joy Blackwell (Hodges); and his niece Angel. He is survived by: his friend Cheryl Holub; his daughter Taylor Jo; his stepdaughters, Mackenzie and Kaitlyn; his aunt Teddy; and also, Rick (Michael), Robby (Patty) and Rodney (Tracy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and many friends.
