He is survived by: his children, Lowell Jr. "Bud" (Donna), Laura Willhoite (John), Vickie Backus (Cecil), Brenda Zens, Charles (Cathy) and Darrell (Theresa); and his significant other Grace Ellen Tew. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
