She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Haynes and Ivean Haynes (Dostal); and her husband Gary Leonard Carter. She is survived by: her children, Rusty Carter (Tiffany Meier), Ryen Carter (Rochelle Norton), Tami Votrobeck (Kevin), Vince Carter (Pam Brink), Kenny Carter (Lori) and Bill Carter (Kim); and her siblings, Karen Sevier (Robert), Pam Divishek, Patty Zinser (Mike), Rob Dostal (Tracy) and Terry Dostal (Ann). She is also survived by many grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
All guests are respectfully requested to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Per Nancy's request, in lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family or Buffalo United Methodist Church.
