It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda Yvonne Hoover (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Toddville, Iowa, who passed away on December 24, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Miller and Thelma Miller (Brown); her brothers-in-law, Don Andrews, Chuck Maxfield and Theodore Olinger; and her great grandchildren, Dylan and Christian.
She is survived by: her husband Charles; her sons, Kenneth Hoover (Janet) of New Hartford, Ronald Hoover (Julie) of Alburnett, Harold Hoover of Cedar Rapids and Wayne Hoover (Sue) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Katie Painter (Jeremy), Rachel Brandt (Kevin), Eric Hoover (Amanda White), Cindy Scott (Brian), Donna Thomas (Donnie) and Deb Williams (Don); and her sisters, Alice Maxfield (Marie), Doris Olinger and Helen Andrews.
