He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Elliott (Lisa) of Arlington, Virginia, James (Tara) of Charlotte, Gary (Kelly) of Cedar Rapids and Ruby Harvey (Richard) of Colorado Springs; his grandchild Hunter of Audrey, Scott; his great grandchild Avi; and his parents, Burl Bales and Ruby Lane Bales.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to "Made in the Streets".
