He is survived by: his wife Lois Murray; and his children, Jackie Macke-Miller of Fairfax, Judy Crawford of Cedar Rapids, Diane Anderson (Dave) of Des Moines and Doug Macke (Suzette) of Solon. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
