He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sister Diane Breitsprecher; his children, Julie Novak (Rick), Eric Hansel (Sharon Harp) and Brett Hansel (Sarah); his granddaughter Nicole Schroeder (Jacob); and his pet Ava Marie.
