He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Saunders and Darlene Saunders (Moler); his son Thomas Phillip Saunders; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Saunders of Cedar Rapids, IA; his son Jim Saunders (Susan) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Regan, Olivia Saunders, Ashley and Austin Mann; and his sisters, Cheryl Husk of Salem, WVA and Rosemary Bacon of Lake City, FL. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
