He was predeceased by: his daughter Suzanne; his sister Janette; his sister-in-law Dixie; and his parents, Max Davis and Edith Davis (Pinch).
He is survived by: his daughters, Sabrina Kelly and Barbara Davis of Cedar Rapids; his brother Donald of Monticello; his half-brother Robert Pinch; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Beth, Robbie, Bobby, Brenda, Andrew, Mike and Samantha; and his former wife Sue Clark. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren.
