He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Patrick (Jennifer) of Columbia, Douglas (Kendra) of Cedar Rapids, Elizabeth (Lars Moller) of Jackson Hole and Matthew (Nancy) of Elmhurst, Illinois; his grandchildren, Emily, Allison, Luke and Michael; and his brother John of Lansing, Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
