He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon P. Truxaw and Florence Truxaw (Kloos). He is survived by: his children, Gail L. Lotts (Douglas) of Marion and Dick M. Truxaw (Christy) of Flagler Beach; his grandchildren, Lisa Lotts of Portland, Karen Lotts of Portland, Crystal Flanery (Nathan) of Lexena, Hannah Ernst (Edward) of Shawnee and Brian Truxaw (Martha) of Shawnee, Kansas.; and his wife Iona Mae Moore. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
